1. Who is responsible for your data
GreenLoop Co., Ltd. (주식회사 그린루프), 4F, 222 Ojeong-ro, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea — business registration 823-86-03248. Contact: greenloop@greenloop.co.kr.
GreenLoop operates LiveSellero from Korea and does not have an establishment in the EU. It offers goods to buyers in France, so the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) applies to that processing (Art. 3(2)).
2. What we collect
- Delivery details: recipient name, phone number, postal address, postcode, delivery note.
- Contact email for order notifications.
- Screenshots of live broadcasts you upload to place an order, and the item details read from them.
- Payment result from our payment provider (we never receive your full card number).
- Language and country you selected.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To take, ship and support your order — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To send order notifications by email (price confirmed, payment details, confirmation, cancellation, shipment) — performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- To understand which items sell in which country (country-level sales statistics with no buyer identity) — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
4. Who receives it
- Toss Payments (Korea) — payment processing.
- Cloudflare R2 — storage of uploaded screenshots.
- Resend — delivery of notification emails.
- International courier chosen for your parcel — name, phone and address only.
5. Transfer outside the EU
Your data is processed in the Republic of Korea, which benefits from an EU adequacy decision (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/254). Transfers to the processors above rely on that decision or on Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and delivery details: 5 years after the order (Korean E-Commerce Act record-keeping).
- Notification email: until you order again with domestic delivery or ask us to delete it, and at most 5 years.
- Screenshots: kept with the order record (5 years).
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to greenloop@greenloop.co.kr. We answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Personal data is stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM) and access is limited to GreenLoop staff who handle orders.
